Smoking is not permitted indoors, please use outside garden areas only.
Sorry no pets, the in-house Balinese cats, Chaos and Cara, prefer the lodge to themselves - and only just tolerate shared arrangements with 'Holly' our Sweatan terrier.
Deposit of one night's accommodation is payable on reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within 21 days from the date of arrival incur the first night's accommodation charge. Cancellations received within 7 days from date of arrival incur a 100% charge of the total booking. Our cancellation policy requires that any cancellations prior to your arrival, if made via credit card, will incur a 5% credit card processing fee. Charges and fees will be made to the credit card number obtained with your booking confirmation. We advise that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Secure online payments
To protect your credit card details from unauthorised access we do not allow our guests to enter credit card details on this non-secure page. When proceeding with the online credit card reservation you enter a THAWTE certificated secure server utlising Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card details as they are transmitted to the secure server. We will contact you to confirm your reservation has been received.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. The information collected above will not be sold to anyone and will be used only by Breakfast on the Beach for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation.
